Magnificent! The telemarketer really believes that he is being questioned by a police detective!

Inhuman drug test results!
We are committed to a drug free workplace and a surprise urinalysis is an absolute requirement.
I do it right after the on-site interview, marching them straight to the nurse’s office with no advance warning.

I’ve been amazed at the drug test results, where many fine upstanding people come back testing positive for Meth, Heroin and all sorts of substances that I've never heard of.
The new drug tests now can tell if the applicant has a drinking problem even if there is not alcohol in their system at the time.
It’s way better to find out before you hire them. I hate firing a drug addict or alcoholic because they invariably get really nasty and threaten to sue. Bob Papaj wrote a great book on how to fire computer people:

Corporations have hired me for decades to interview and screen computer job applicants for sensitive positions, and over the years I’ve interviewed hundreds of job candidates.
It's positively inhuman!
I thought that I had seen every possible result from the “piss quiz”, until I heard the story of the “inhuman” urinalysis results!
Another manager told me that he had the results of a drug test come back as “inhuman”, meaning that the urine sample was not collected from a human being!
The drug test did not indicate the species, but I can imagine this person with a cup on a broom stick following Fido around waiting for his chance to get a urine sample!

Don't try using diog urine for a company drug test
Horses are athletes and they do random drug testing of horses at horse shows.
If your horse is selected, a person follows your horse around for hours with a cup on a stick! Janet has trained our horses to pee on command:

Scout will uninate on command, very handy
It’s also important to note that the urine sample is collected on-site and tested for warmth (real pee should be over 90 degrees at collection time. I can only guess that this fellow “keestered” the dog urine, or heated it up with a Bic lighter in the bathroom stall!
For more information on screening the right people for a computer job, see my notes on conducting a background check.

Top 2010 wedges
Without question, the hardest golf shot in the world is a lob wedge off of a packed dirt surface.

It’s hard because the club must be super-precise. An 8th inch fat and you duff, and an 8th inch thing and you send the ball a country mile!
There are a heap of new wedges for 2010 and you need to spend some time on the range to find the best 2010 wedge for you. Quality is secondary, and there is no uniform quality issue that identifies the best wedge.
For some the best 2010 wedge is forged, for others, the best wedge is cast.
Also remember the new 2010 wedge groove rules, and consider this when choosing the best 2010 wedge for you
Here are my notes on the top 2010 wedges.

The South Park blackwater/sexual healing episode airs tonight!
South Park is a cartoon for intelligent people, but it’s a bit annoying that you have to study for upcoming episodes! What do these current events have in common?
- Legalizing Marijuana
- Tiger Woods goes to sex rehab
- Blackwater gives AK-47 to someone named Eric Cartman
Even study cannot help when Matt & Trey jump the gun, like they did with “Dances with Smurfs”, which made no sense because the movie Avatar has not yet been released!

The trailer from the 2010 season premier alludes to a real-life case where BlackWater signed for a boatload of weapons using the name “Eric Cartman”:

“Blackwater diverted hundreds of weapons, including more than 500 AK-47 assault rifles, from a U.S. weapons bunker in Afghanistan intended to equip Afghan policemen”

Why Japan should never be allowed to have armed forces
The unit 731 experiments are horrific by any standard, as this article describes on the torture and murder of POW’s in WWII by the Japanese.
The quote below is from a Unit 731 member carved up a Chinese prisoner without anesthetic, and who also acknowledged that he had helped poison Chinese rivers and wells.
The article claims that his main intention in agreeing to an interview seemed to be to explain that Unit 731 was not really so brutal after all. You be the judge:
“The fellow knew that it was over for him and so he didn't struggle when 'they led him into the room and tied ,him down,"
"But when I picked up the scalpel, that's when he began screaming"
"I cut him open from the chest to the stomach and he screamed terribly and his face was all twisted in agony. He made this unimaginable sound, he was screaming so horribly."
Now I ask you, way was this Japanese man never executed for this war crime?
He also offers this quote, a testament to why Japan should never be allowed to arm themselves again:
"There's a possibility this could happen again," the old man said, smiling genially. "Because in a war, you have to win."
This article also describes the Unit 731 horrors.
Why Japan should never be allowed to have an Army
I believe what the Japanese did during WWII was just as terrible, if not more so than what the Nazis did, a mass murder that rivals the Holocaust.

Australian POW Leo Siffleet being murdered by Yasuno Chikao
My father narrowly escaped from Luzon before the Japanese invasion and he lost many friends in the Bataan Death March.
His message to me was to never let America forget why Japanese should never again have armed forces. Never, ever, until the end of time should we forget their horrible acts of brutality:

Never forget wartime atrocities
But no one talks about Japan war crimes, and it's even considered socially acceptable (even by the Japanese government) to deny their war crimes.
The Japenese believed that the Americans and Chinese were an inferior species, not human, and therefore not entitled to humane treatment.

Torturing POW's was great sport for cruel Japanese soldiers
The article mentions that they did 'Josef Mengele' style experiments, but after reading into it, I believe that they were much, much worse than Josef Mengele.
The rape of Nanking is probably one of the most terrible things that has ever happened in human history, yet it was only touched upon in my history classes, if at all.

Murdered American Airmen rot in the sun at the Bataan Death March
With the last of the WWII veterans dying off, we need to remind the next generation that the former Axis powers should never, ever, be allowed to arm themselves again.

World's best shotgun marksman!
Holy Annie Oakley, this Tom Knap fellow is an amazing shot!
It takes a real marksman to pull off this sort of shooting!
These Benelli shotguns are amazing, like the Cadillac of shotguns. They are not inexpensive, but man-oh-man are they pretty!
I like this one, marketed as a “home defense” gun:

This sweet 12 gauge like this will blow burglars head clean off! Yeee – Haaa!
Oh, and this Benelli shotgun is sweet!

But I like to buy American and I love Remington shotguns too.
This Remington 12 gauge is a work of art!

Simianification: I’ll make a monkey out of you!
I’m reading the amazing book The Eternal Paddy: Irish Identity and the British Press, and the author coined a new word I like, "simianificatoin", or making a monkey out of people. The book cover illustrates simianizing:

The simianification of the Irish inspired widespread contempt
This book is amazing, a real eye opener with some very smart writing by Dr. Michael de Nie.

Dr. de Nie
Professor Michael de Nie of the University of Wisconsin is one of those undiscovered authors who is destined for greatness, a very talented wordsmith and worthy scholar.
The Simianizing of the Irish
Some scholars question if there was an Irish Holocaust, a British genocide of epic proportions that killed millions of innocent Irish people:

A home in Belfast tells the tale of the Irish genocide
But how to you convince the British population that the Irish are animals, not entitled to humane treatment? The word for the day is “simianification”, literally making a monkey out of the Irish people:

The irishman as inhuman

The Irish Chimp

The British Lion vs. the Irish monkey

The Irishman: a caged animal at the circus

The Irishman wears a chamber pot on his head
Heavily annotated and rich with examples, de Nie coins the word “simianification”, to describe how the British dehumanized the Irish. In the days of slavery, this image says it all, the Irish are pictured as chattel, another inferior chimpanzee-like race to be enslaved:

Why the Irish should be enslaved
This is a great book for anyone of Irish Ancestry, a must-read to understand the British depiction of the Irish people as sub-human.
To learn more about the Irish Holocaust and the British genocide, also see the book Paddy’s Lament: Prelude to Hatred.

Funny Foreign Product Names!
It’s funny to see how product names are lost in translation, like these famous FUBAR’s:
- Cars – The Chevy Nova had to be re-named as in Mexican, “No Va” means “it does not go”.
- People names – English is the universal language of science, so foreigners have to be careful naming their children..
I remember a trade show booth at a convention that was advertizing a new hand-held computer from China. Oddly, the product name was taped-over, and when I snuck over and peeked under the tape, this is what I saw:

Not a good name for a hand-held computer
But the funniest are food naming errors!
- Dairy - The "Got Milk?" campaign in Mexico was translated as "Are You Lactating?".
- Soda - Pepsi translated the "Come alive with the Pepsi Generation" came out as "Pepsi will bring your ancestors back from the dead". The name Coca-Cola in China was first rendered as Ke-kou-ke-la. Literally, this slogan means "bite the wax tadpole".
- Fast food names - Kentucky Fried Chicken slogan "finger-lickin' good" came out as "eat your fingers off".

This is what Europeans think of when they hear Linux and Microsoft

British Mums are not known for their nurturing warmth

Tastes like Ass: Fanny brand Tuna
Pee Cola?

Cat crap lens cleaner:

Um, yummy Crack:

Whack off those pesky bugs:

Something for the ladies:

Nothing like a Bimbo sandwich:

Use Barf to get it sparkling clean:

For more examples, I like the book The Joys of Enrgish, highly recommeneded as a gift!
