In achondroplastic dwarfism, the critter had a full-sized body and head, but with short limbs and ears.
Everybody knows about dwarf dogs, the cute Dachshunds and Corgi dogs.
In fact, the word “Corgi” means dwarf in Welsh:
"Corgi" means "dwarf" in Welsh!
It happens to humans too, and Achondroplastic dwarf people can lead normal lives:

Now they have achondroplastic dwarf cats.
They call them munchkin cats, very cool.
