Poser Michael McManus arrested by the FBI!

Yeah!

Homosexual douchebag Michael Patrick McManus showed up December 12, 2009 at the victory party for liberal democrat Houston Mayor Annise Parker wearing the rank of a Brigadier general with a chest full of stolen medals for valor.

He made quite an impression, so much so that he was arrested yesterday by the FBI!

McManus has a long history of disgracing the Armed Forces, and we can only hope that he receives the maximum possible prison term. According to his indictment he has been convicted before, to no avail:

“McManus was previously convicted in U.S. Federal Court in California in 2002, arising out of federal criminal charges originating in Louisiana, for impersonating a U.S. “Air Marshal” and also impersonating a U.S. Army Major”

McManus is not just a hero poser, he is clearly a dangerous man, who once tried to enter an commercial aircraft cockpit by posing as a Federal Air Marshall:

“on board a commercial aircraft in New Orleans and also falsely represented himself to the flight crew as a current member of the U.S. military and an “Air Marshal”, and where he attempted to gain access to the plane’s cockpit.”

General douchebaggery

McManus had been given the moniker of General Douchey McChinpubes, with the “chin pubes” part referring to his kinky goatee that instantly gave him away as a poser.

A Second Violation of the Stolen Valor Act

In the Television report, he answers the door to his house wearing a baseball cap with a CIA logo, the Purple Heart Medal and a star indicating his rank as a Brigadier general:

Second offense: McManus wearing a Purple heart ribbon

This is important because the stolen valor Act provides for six months in prison for posing as a wounded veteran, and this is proof of a second offense, all caught on TV. George Washington created the Purple Heart, the nation’s first military decoration, and the Fiubdig Fathers were ctystla clear on the penalty for posers.

George Washington wrote: “Should any who are not entitled to these honors have the insolence to assume the badges of them, they shall be severely punished.”

A General Homosexual

McManus did actually serve in the Army between the years of 1984 and 1987. However, he never achieved a rank higher than private first class.

This web site shows evidence that he has told people that he is a homosexual!

McManus (age 44) is quite the bizarre and queer man:

As I have noted, stolen valor arrests are starting to happen, but the punishments have not been fair.

Thanks to the efforts of real heroes all across America, I’m happy to report that General Chin Pubes has been arrested by the FBI!

This dirtbag has outraged hundreds of real American heroes by wearing medals that many people have given their lives for, medals like two Silver Stars, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal and the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart.

Posing with the Purple Heart carries a six-month jail term under the Stolen Valor Act, and he has done it twice, once at the party, and again when he appeared on TV new report (see below) wearing a Purple Heart ribbon on his cap, alongside a general's star.

I know combat veterans, and while they tend to be the nicest folks you would ever want to meet, but if you disrespect their honor, you do so at your own peril!

He is facing at least a year in federal prison for being a military poser, but he should be thankful that the FBI got him before a real hero found him.

A civilian impersonating a general

The TV news also says that the U. S. Army is investigating him because he is wearing the uniform of a Brigadier general! It’s sad, people get away with posing as generals, like this asswipe Charles Earl Baxter III:

PFC Charles E. Baxter III promoted himself to Brigadier General

Sergrant Dave Weber posing as a major general

While a civilian wearing military insignia is a Federal crime (see 10 USC Sec. 771), and impersonating an officer for personal gain is a federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 912). But sadly, punishments have been petty, mostly probation and light fines.

Scumbag John A. Eastman wrote a book claiming to be a Major and he was arrested twice for impersonating a Marine officer in 1979 and again in 2005 but he only got probation and a small fine.

Poser Albert McKelvy only paid a $2,500 fine for impersonating a full colonel.

I’m hoping that there may be something in the law about a civilian impersonating a general officer. It would be great if the MP’s came for him and out him in Leavenworth!

Even if Michael McManus is now a civilian, if he ever did serve in the armed forces, it’s possible that a Court Marshall could repatriate him back into the service and put away in a military prison!

Petition for justice!

The FBI has arrested this poser, but of you read the military blogs, he deserves way more than a one year prison term (he gets another six months for wearing the Purple Heart). He has already been caught doing this twice, let's throw the book at him.

I encourage all good Americans to flood the courthouse with letters recommending the maximum prison term. Here is the mailing address:
